Returns
We operate under a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the time of purchase to request a return, ensuring 14 days after receiving the parcel to receive a refund.
For eligibility, your item must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with tags still securely attached, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you’ll need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, kindly reach out to us via email at support@maternique.com. Upon acceptance of your return, we'll provide you with instructions on where and how to send back your package. Please note that returned items will not be accepted unless you've informed us beforehand at the aforementioned address. Failure to do so forfeits your return and/or refund rights.
After approval, you’ll have 10 days to register your return by dropping it off at the post office and sending us the proof of return (like a receipt with tracking number). If the return isn’t scanned and we aren’t notified within this time, the return will be canceled and may not qualify for a refund.
Damaged Items:
Please inspect your order upon receipt, and promptly notify us if the item is defective, damaged, or if you've received the wrong product. Failure to do so may hinder our ability to investigate and rectify the issue.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:
Certain items are non-returnable, including personalized products, gift cards, and items explicitly marked as non-returnable. Additionally, due to stringent hygiene standards, undergarments such as slips, thongs or underwear cannot be returned. To initiate an exchange, simply email us at support@maternique.com, and our dedicated team will swiftly guide you through the process to ensure you receive the desired item without delay. We prioritize an stress-free and seamless experience for you, making sure you get your desired item(s) promptly.
Refunds:
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, you'll be notified of the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 3-5 days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
